The Class Resources component of Prof. Nemiroff's page serves to provide his students with useful information and opportunities for discussion.

Discussion Board

The DISCUSSION BOARD will be used for all of Prof. Nemiroff's classes, both for assignments and general questions. All notices to the class will be posted on that Discussion Board. Students should check the Discussion Board on a regular basis for announcements and notices pertaining to their course.

NOTE: Professor Nemiroff will NOT be teaching INSURANCE LAW in 2008-2009; that course will be taught in second term by a sessional.  Professor Nemiroff will be teaching COMMERCIAL LAW in FIRST TERM.

COMMERCIAL LAW (BILLS OF EXCHANGE ACT SEGMENT) 2008-2009

The Commercial Law course is divided into two segments: The Bills of Exchange Act segment will be taught by Professor Nemiroff and represents 2/3 of the course; the Personal Property Security Act segment will be taught by Mr. Jonathan Goldenberg and represents 1/3 of the course.
