Fee Deadline Information

Fall and Winter Tuition Deadline

Fall Courses:	Wednesday, September 4th, 2013
Winter Courses:	Tuesday, January 7th, 2014

 

Please Note:  All correspondence with students regarding late payment is based on address information found in Aurora. It is the student's responsibility to ensure that the address information including e-mail is current and valid. 

Fall/Winter Terms  

Students with outstanding balances after the published fee payment deadlines in Fall and Winter terms will be assessed a $50 late payment fee. Students who no longer wish to attend classes must withdraw from them prior to the end of the revision period to receive a 100% refund. Balances outstanding at the end of the revision period will be subject to a second late fee of $40 and will be placed on HOLD. 

Students on HOLD will be denied access to most administrative and academic services, including access to transcripts and libraries.

Deregistration from courses:

Overdue accounts for the Fall term will be deregistered from Winter term courses only. Students will be held responsible for the Fall term balance.

Overdue accounts for the Winter term will not be deregistered from current or future term courses. Students will be held responsible for the Winter term balance.

Note: Students will not be deregistered from spanned courses

Summer Term

Students with outstanding balances after the published fee payment deadlines in Summer term will be assessed a $25 late payment fee. Students who no longer wish to attend classes must withdraw from them prior to the end of the revision period to receive a 100% refund. Balances that remain outstanding at the end of the revision period will be placed on HOLD.

Students on HOLD will be denied access to most administrative and academic services, including access to transcripts and libraries.

Student accounts that remain outstanding at the end of the academic session will be sent on collection.
