The University of Manitoba encourages the use of the Low Dollar Payment Program to facilitate the purchase and payment of qualifying goods and services, when no other distributed purchasing system like Systems Contracting, Preferred Supplier Agreements, Standing Orders or the Purchasing Card can be utilized.
