Local Hotel Guest Room Booking Procedure

All local hotel guest room bookings can be completed online by using the Travel and Expense Management Tool, Concur, or by contacting the hotel directly.  

Local Hotel Guest Booking agreements have been secured with all former HA properties to accept the University of Manitoba Travel Card for hotel accommodations (Room and tax only) for guests of the University of Manitoba.  If you do not already have the Travel Card, here is an opportunity to obtain one.  The Travel Card Application and Memorandum of Agreement and Understanding can be found under Financial Services Forms under Travel MOU/MOA at http://www.umanitoba.ca/admin/financial_services/secure/index.html#TRAVEL
