To hear and determine, in the name of the Senates of the University of Manitoba and the University of Winnipeg, appeals of decisions made by the Joint Senate Committee.

Composition:

1. Three members selected by the Senate of the University of Manitoba, one of whom shall be a student

2. Three members selected by the Senate of the University of Winnipeg, one of whom shall be a student

3. A non-voting Chair to be named on consultation by the Presidents of the two participating Universities, subject to ratification by both Senates
