At the request of Senate or any committee thereof, or on its own motion, to consider and recommend on any matter concerning rules and procedures.

Composition:

1. Four members of the academic staff who, at the time of appointment or re-appointment, are members of Senate

2. One student who, at the time of appointment or re-appointment, is a member of Senate
