Each student must be continuously covered by the Manitoba Health Services Commission or its equivalent, as a condition of registration. Canadian citizens are assumed to be covered by M.H.S.C. or equivalent.

International students must present proof of coverage or enroll in a special plan created for them by the University in cooperation with the University of Winnipeg and Brandon University.
