THAT the minutes of the Senate meeting held on October 6, 2010 be approved as circulated.

THAT Senate approve the Report of the Senate Committee on Nominations [dated November 3, 2010].

THAT Senate refer the Report of the Senate Committee on Rules and Procedures to the Senate Executive Committee for further consideration in light of the discussion at Senate.
