THAT Senate approve the Report of the Senate Committee on Medical Qualifications regarding Dr. Mubeen Rafay [dated January 17, 2006].

THAT Senate approve and recommend that Board of Governors approve the proposal of the Faculty of Graduate Studies to introduce a Ph.D. program in Applied Health Sciences [as endorsed by the Faculty Council of Graduate Studies on March 21, 2005, the report of the Senate Planning and Priorities Committee dated January 16, 2006.
