University of Manitoba Leaders Learning Program

The UM Leaders Learning Program (UMLLP) is a ten-day certification in university leadership program funded by Human Resources as part of a commitment to leadership development.

The Program includes ten full-day learning workshops that have been specifically designed to support university support staff leaders. It features one-on-one confidential coaching, a personal leadership style inventory and a number of other learning activities focus around key leadership skills.

As you progress through your time with us you will have a chance to share ideas and build relationships with other leaders in the program. The learning workshops are offered one day per month with a break for summer so the program can be completed in approximately one year. The UM Leaders Learning Program is part of Human Resources focused efforts to provide leadership development opportunities to the university community. We want to help support leaders across the university to be successful and realize their full potential, so please join us.
