Accessing ESS
To access Employee Self Service:
1) Log into JUMP. Click here for JUMP login page.
2) Click on the HR tab
3) Click on the link titled "Employee Self Service".

The Employee Self Service (ESS) eLearn is a two-minute video will show you how to navigate your way through the various sections of ESS.

If you do not have Quicktime on your computer, you can download the free software via the university’s Software Express located on the IST homepage http://umanitoba.ca/computing/ist/index.html Just click on “software” and select Software Express from the list on the left hand column.
Internet Kiosks
Internet accessible kiosks are located across campus to provide easy access to Employee Self Service (ESS) for all employees. Visit one at the following locations:
Fort Garry Campus:
Welcome Centre (inside main entrance)
University Centre (main floor, between the Ancillary Services Office and the Bookstore)
Human Resources (309 Administration Building)
Armes Building tunnel
Fletcher Argue main floor (near the CIBC ATM)
Drake Centre (basement)
St. Paul’s College (basement near cafeteria area)
Extended Education (in hallway going toward Frank Kennedy)
Physical Plant, 89 Freedman Crescent (Physical Plant staff only)
Libraries – at least 3 computers in each library, including the hospital libraries.
Bannatyne Campus:
Neil John MacLean Health Sciences Library (NJMHS)
Physical Plant (Medical Services Building - Physical Plant staff only)
