
Kim Nesvig is an employee of the Dakotas Cooperative Business Development Center on a half- time basis. He is providing technical assistance to several value-added agricultural projects and cooperatives in the organizational and business development stages.
Kim is also the project manager of Heart of the Valley Cooperative located in Portland, N.D.
Kim was the past director of program development for the Center for Rural Health, School of Medicine at the University of North Dakota; program administrator for the Office of Intergovernmental Assistance, North Dakota Office of Management and Budget; and the assistant director of the North Central Planning Council.
