The University of Manitoba BookStore is responsible for the provision of textbooks and course materials to students for use in their courses (read the full U of M Governing Document here). The University of Manitoba BookStore is your first stop when planning, designing and choosing course materials. Our knowledgeable and professional staff can help you with all your course material needs.

Important Note for Faculty: Textbook Adoption Deadlines

  • Fall term: June 1st
  • Fall/Winter term: June 1st
  • Winter term: October 15th
  • Spring term: March 1st
  • Spring/Summer term: March 1st
  • Summer term: April 1st

CUSTOM COURSEWARE

Custom CoursewareCustom Courseware (i.e. Coursepacks) is a comprehensive custom publishing service designed to help faculty create custom learning materials, ensuring that U of M students have concise and informative course information. We organize and compile your notes, diagrams, journal and newspaper articles, books chapters, out-of-print materials and anything else that may be required to create a useful custom book. Whether you’re compiling a new package or updating with changes for the new term, we will arrange for copyright clearance, printing and distribution to make your job easier.
