The University College Residence Guest Suite is available year round to faculty, staff, or visitors and can be rented by the day, the week, or by the month. It is a one-bedroom apartment (approx. 550 sq. ft.) furnished with a queen size bed, sofa and armchair, coffee table, dining room table and chairs, small writing desk, dressers, and has a private washroom in the suite. It is located in the University College Residence on a separate floor from the residence students and has a private entrance and small patio.

A fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, pots, dishes, cutlery, glasses, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine are provided as well as an iron and ironing board. Bed linens and towels are also provided. High-speed internet, cable TV, and local phone service are included and you can use a calling card to make long distance calls. There are laundry facilities located nearby on the floor below. To use the laundry facilities, you must purchase a laundry card from the Residence Office.

There is also a canteen located in University College dayside for light meals and snacks (may not be open during summer or holidays). A security guard is on duty from 9:00 PM until 5:00 AM each night.

 ► Rates (as of May 1, 2013):

• Nightly: Single/Double (less than 7 days) - $99 per night plus GST (5%), PST (7%), and Accommodation tax (5%)
• Weekly: Single/Double (per week) - $500 per week plus PST (7%) and Accommodation tax (5%)
• Monthly: Single/Double (per month) - $1,200 per month (no taxes on monthly stays)
