 Mary Speechly Hall is a co-ed residence and a great place to dive right into university life. Here you’ll find the right combination of work and good times in a very active living space.

► Room Rates:

Once approved by the Board of Governors each year, the Room Rates are posted with payment schedules.

► Meal Plans:
Speechly residents enjoy meals in their own in-house dining room located in Pembina Hall linked by a walkway on the main floor. The Mary Speechly Hall does have a mandatory Meal Plan.

► Student Fees:
Currently, there are two fees that are in addition to your room fee and optional meal plans.

• Residence Council Fee $45
• Residence Life Programming Fee $70

► IT - Phone, Cable, Internet:
Students are provided with free wired DSL Internet via the Student Residences, but any other IT services including telephone, television, and subscriber service wired Internet can be negotiated by the student. Note: Getting subscriber service Internet or TV will disable SR Internet.

Bedroom Size (various) - 111 to 148 sq. ft.

Room Plan for a Double:
Bedroom Size - 195 sq. ft.

► Garbage and recycling:
On a regular basis, garbage and recycling must be removed from the room and discarded in the garbage/recycling room (located on each floor).
