► If you have applied to live in Arthur Mauro this summer…

If you live on the 1st or 2nd floor of the Arthur V. Mauro Residence you will need to change floors for the summer. We will notify you by a letter placed under the door of your current residence room when your summer room is ready, which will be between April 20th and May 7th.

If you are currently living on the 3rd, 4th, 5th, or 6th floor of the Arthur V. Mauro Residence, you will likely be staying in your current room.

► If you have applied to live in University College Residence this summer...

If you are currently living on 6th, 7th, or 8th floor in University College Residence, you will stay in your current room for the summer (as long as you didn’t request a different room type).

If you are currently living on 3rd, 4th, or 5th floor, you will have to move to a higher floor for the summer.

► If you live elsewhere within our residence buildings ... we will notify you by a letter placed under the door of your current residence room when your summer room is ready, which will be between April 20th and May 7th.

Your second month’s rent is due on or before the first day of that month. If you no longer require a room in residence for the summer you must email summer_accommodations@umanitoba.ca at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.

If you plan on leaving residence anytime between April 20th and May 7th, please be sure to send an email to summer_accommodations@umanitoba.ca to notify the Residence Office.
