INFORMATION FOR FACULTY, STAFF & STUDENTS:
PLEASE NOTE: Violators will be subject to a $50 fine and/or have their vehicle towed.
Only valid U of M parking permit holders may park on campus in select U of M lots from a minimum of 90 minutes prior to the start of an event to 60 minutes post event start time. THESE LOTS ARE ACCESSIBLE VIA KINGS DRIVE ONLY.
Those attempting to access U of M lots during the event day window via University Crescent or Chancellor Matheson Road will be turned away.
Entrance to campus in a car via Chancellor Matheson Road and University Crescent will be restricted to Winnipeg Blue Bomber parking permit holders only during this window.
Parking, a minimum of 90 minutes prior and during events, will be available for U of M parking permit holders on a first come first served basis in the following lots: B, L (excluding L Resident), A, AC and CTC,Barricades at Chancellor Matheson Road and University Crescent will be removed approximately 30 minutes after the start of an event, allowing for normal campus access and vehicular traffic around campus for pick-ups and drop-offs. However, the parking plan will still be in effect and casual parking will not be available.
Transit buses will be operating on regular schedules, although slight schedule delays are anticipated.
There will be a residential parking ban in some of the neighborhoods surrounding the U of M, customers can check the website below for details or call 311.
