Administrative Services Mission Statement
Administrative Services supports the Director's office, and the three core services areas (1. Architectural and Engineering Services, 2. Caretaking Services and 3. General Services, Trades Services and Central Energy Plant) by providing all of the administrative functions and processes required by the units.  

Administrative functions include:

• Payroll/Employee Records
• Contract Administration
• Project Scheduling
• Financial Management
• Maintenance Management (Work Order System)
• Fleet/Dispatch/Fuel Management
• Building Access (Keys/Card Access Systems)
• Utilities Tracking
• Database Administration
• Computer Network and Desktop Support
