General Service provides snow removal, street and sidewalk sweeping and regular maintenance.

Snow Removal
Removing snow is big business in Manitoba, especially with 42 acres of parking lot and over 20 kilometres of roads and sidewalks.  So the next time you are on campus just after a snow fall, please be aware of the heavy equipment at work no matter what time.

Special Events Set-up
Having a big event?  General Service can provide and set up the chairs, tables, fencing and stage.  Please e-mail ppdisp@cc.umanitoba.ca or phone 474-9646.  General Services also arranges all exam and convocation set-ups.

Wallace Building Storage
The Wallace Stores is a warehousing facility for secure storage of University of Manitoba materials.  This facility is primarily designated for storage of documents, however, limited space is available for the short term storage of supplies and equipment.  Please click here for instructions on how to access this service.
