Organizational Communications - November 5th to 25th
Here’s a question to ponder: if most of us think we are really good communicators, why does “poor communication” continuously show up at or  near the top of most people’s list of complaints about their organization? To succeed as a college administrator, well-developed communications skills are essential. If you want to excel in your leadership role, you need to continually hone these skills and master how you communicate with everyone in your diverse professional network, and assist others in doing the same.

Using a constitutive approach to communications, through this 3-module course you will  assess your own communications style, strengths, and strategies, and  identify and develop opportunities to improve the effectiveness of your communications within and beyond your college.

Instructor: Steven G. Robinson, M.A., Teacher, Trainer, Consultant, Freelance writer/developer
