Here is a video of Canada's first F5 tornado videotaped by Justin Hobson.

The synoptic setup was conducive to a significant severe weather event in Southern Manitoba. A Lake Breeze Boundary emerging from Lake Manitoba provided the focus for severe thunderstorm activity that evening

Here is another video of the same tornado. Pay close attention to the video near the end. You'll be able to see a house getting picked up and you'll also see a van being hurled several hundred feet.
