Dairy Building is one of the original buildings on campus and houses the Dairy Pilot Plant consisting of a pateurization room and several production rooms for making cheese and ice cream.  Activities include support for degree credit courses but also short courses for industry.  Small scale batch production for dairy food product developement and for commercial production can also be accomodated with the facilities licensed by the CFIA.
