Book the Centre in advance for special events such as birthday parties, Christmas parties, meetings and retreats.
As of January 2013, the FFDC is a certified food handling facility.  This certification means that cooking demonstrations can be held in either of the Centre's two kitchens.

The Centre is available Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm. 
Rental charges include use of equipment, meeting room, kitchen facilities, free parking.

$600 per day/evening
$300 per half day (am or pm)

Multipurpose Room Only
$240 per day
$120 per half day
$60 per quarter day
$30 per hour
 
Extended hour rates beyond posted open times are $65 per hour.

Catering to be arranged by the user and ordered through the University of Manitoba's Conference and Catering Services.
Coffee extra depending on the arrangements/numbers.
