The Graham C. Lount Family Foundation Inc. has made a commitment to provide money every year to the University of Manitoba. These funds will be used to provide bursaries for students in the Faculty of Architecture beginning in the fall of 2005. Graham C. Lount graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1945 with a Bachelor of Architecture.

The bursaries will be offered to students who:

•  are enrolled full-time in either the Faculty of Graduate Studies in the Master of Architecture, or in the Faculty of Architecture in Year 3 or 4 of the Bachelor of Environmental Design

•  as graduate students, have achieved a minimum degree grade point average of 3.0 (or equivalent) based on the last 60 credit hours, or as undergraduate students, have achieved a minimum degree grade point average of 3.0

•  have demonstrated financial need on the standard University of Manitoba bursary application form
