SMED International Inc. offers an annual scholarship for students in Interior Design at The University of Manitoba in memory of a valued employee who died in an automobile accident.

This scholarship  is offered to the student who:

•  has completed a Bachelor of Environmental Design at the University of Manitoba with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0

•  enrolls full-time in the first year of study in the Professional Master of Interior Design program at the University of Manitoba

•  has demonstrated great talent and innovation in the field of Interior Design through works completed at the undergraduate level
