Proposal and Presentation Information

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION DEADLINES (2012 - 2013)

The proposals must be submitted by 4:00 pm on the following MONDAYS:
September 17th, 2012
November 19th, 2012
February 25th, 2013
April 29th, 2013
June 10th, 2013

Proposals are to be submitted to the Graduate Student Advisor, Room 201 Russell Building, and please note: the proposals must be presented/sent in hard/paper copy - no electronic submissions allowed.


INTERMEDIATE AND FINAL PRESENTATION DATES (2012 - 2013)

Please Note: The deposit deadline for FGS for October 2013 graduation is August 22nd, 2013. If this is your goal and you made an intermediate presentation on either the May or June date of this year, an independent public final presentation to your committee can be scheduled during the summer with your committee members' approval. 

Thursday November 22nd, 2012 (required for February 2013 graduation)

Thursday January 24th, 2013

Thursday March 7th, 2013 (required for May 2013 graduation)

Thursday May 30th, 2013 (recommended for MID 2 intermediate presentations and final presentations for October graduation)

Thursday June 27th, 2013 (recommended for MID 2 intermediate presentations and final presentations for October graduation)
