Why go on an exchange?

  • Broaden your range of options for courses, area specialization, etc.
  • Eligibility for Canada Student Loans, scholarships and bursaries awarded towards your degree at the University of Manitoba.
  • Assistance with the application process, obtaining documents, credit transfer.
  • Pre-departure orientation, advice, and follow-up.
  • Assistance with course registration, housing, arrival orientations through the host institution's exchange office.
  • While on the exchange, you pay your regular tuition fees to the University of Manitoba. For international exchanges, this means the host institution waives the foreign student fees they would otherwise have charged you!
