2011 Extended Education Graduation was Thursday, June 16.

You’ve worked hard, taxed your brain and learned a lot. At graduation it’s your time to celebrate your accomplishment with your family and friends.

Extended Education holds a graduation ceremony every June to recognize graduates of its certificate programs. We’re proud of our students and the ceremony is our way of honouring their work and dedication. Graduates are presented with their certificates, award winners receive their awards and instructors are recognized for their contribution to our students’ learning experiences.  Family and friends are encouraged to shout out their support! Refreshments are served after the ceremony. Check the archives for past celebrations.

Apply for Graduation

To be eligible to graduate you must complete your program’s requirements and submit an Application for Graduation Form by the dates indicated on the form.

Certificates are only distributed once a year*, at the June graduation ceremony. If you do not attend, your certificate is mailed to you at that time.

If you apply for the October or January graduation deadline, we will send you your transcript and a letter confirming that you have completed the program requirements, approximately six weeks after the deadline dates. In May, you will receive an invitation to the Graduation Ceremony.

We’ll also let your employer know of your accomplishment!  If you reply yes to our invitation to inform them, we’ll send your employer a letter.  

*Exceptions:

• The Quality Management Program can be completed in two terms and so certificates are mailed on completion.
• The CIM Program has its own graduation ceremony in June.
