What if I did not receive an e-mail regarding my student number?
If you are a current student or have taken courses since 2009 and
do not have a student number or password, please contact Student
Registration and Records at

What do I do if I have forgotten my original password?
If you have forgotten your password or need to have your password reset please contact Student Registration and Records at (204) 474 8016 or extended@umanitoba.ca.

How do I reset or change my password?
You need to be logged in to use the reset password feature.
After selecting the reset password on your screen, you should now
be allowed to change your password. Please note your password must
be:
Minimum Password Length: 6
Maximum Password Length: 15
Password must contain at least one number

How do I change my contact information?
If there is a change in your contact information please contact
Student Registration and Records at (204) 474-8016 or extended@umanitoba.ca.
The website will not allow you to update this information.
How do I view my previous grades?
To view grades select Courses and Grades. The page defaults
to last year courses were completed. Courses completed prior to
2009 will not be visible on this site. If you want to view courses
completed from previous years change the Year to ALL then select
Filter. All courses with a grade should now appear.

How to I print my grade letter?
To print the official Grade Report for a specific course select
the icon to the left of the
course.
Once
you have selected the link, you will see the screen below.
If you click on the word Grade Report, the grade will not be legible.
To generate a grade letter you must right click,
then select save target as. The document will then be saved to your
desktop.

How to generate a Confirmation of Registration for a past course?
Select Student Record from the main screen. The page defaults
to the last year you were registered. Courses completed prior to
2009 will not be visible on this site. If you want to view courses
completed from previous years change the Year to ALL then select
Filter. Select the icon
beside the course you require a Confirmation of Registration letter
for.

How do I print a Confirmation of Registration Letter?
Once you have selected the link
,
you will see the screen below. If you click on the word Confirmation
of Registration, the letter will not be legible. To generate
a Confirmation or Registration letter you must right
click, then select save target as. The document will then be saved
to your desktop. Note please check your confirmation letter
frequently as changes to course information may change. Your
confirmation letter is also your receipt of payment.

How do I access my tax receipt (T2202A)?
Select tax receipts from the menu.

As per the screen below you will need to download the front page and the back page of your tax receipt. This is done by right clickling, the selecting save target as, which will the save the document to your desk. You can then print your tax receipt. If you just select the tax receipt in the menu below it will not be legible.
