Registrations are accepted weekdays, most weekday evenings and on some Saturdays at our Downtown office. (All Payment Options).

After Hours

After hours, registrations can be dropped off in the Assignment Drop Box outside Room 188D, Extended Education Complex, Fort Garry Campus.

Fax

Submit the Course Registration Form with full payment as directed. (Credit card, Employer Invoice).

Mail

Submit the Course Registration Form with full payment as directed. (Credit Card, Cheque, Postal Money Order or Employer Invoice).

On line

On line Registration is available to students who have been accepted into a Certificate Program and those taking courses for individual interest. (Credit Card - Visa and Mastercard only).

• Cheque (postdated cheques will not be accepted)
• Credit Card Available for all registration options.(Visa and Mastercard only)
• Employer Invoice - If you have permission for us to invoice your employer or sponsoring agency, we require Request to Invoice approval. This must be on letterhead and authorized by an official of the employer or sponsoring agency including the official's name, title and signature, as well as the student's name and course. If an employer or sponsoring agency has no previous credit history with Extended Education, and the Request to Invoice is greater than $1,000, a Request for Credit (*PDF 78KB) is required. This form is also available by calling 474-8016 or 1-888-216-7011 extension 8016. Please allow two working days for processing. Registered students are ultimately responsible for payment of fees regardless of a third party being invoiced for such fees.
