This specialization is a cooperative program with the Manitoba Quality Network (QNET) and is designed to link general management theory with specialized training in improving organizational effectiveness.

Specialization courses are taken from specific seminars and workshops offered through QNET and their partners. These seminars have included Measuring and Managing Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty, Process Mapping, Knowledge Management, Strategic Planning, Train the Trainer and Statistical Process Control. Through these seminars, which are linked to the Canadian Quality Criteria, participants can develop skills to improve the effectiveness of their organizations.
Participants must complete a minimum of 108 contact hours from approved seminars to complete the specialization requirements.
