The Retail Management (MLCC) Specialization is a cooperative program with the Manitoba Liquor Control Commission and provides you with many of the management skills necessary to effectively manage a retail liquor mart. In this specialization, you build on in-house training programs and general management principles to gain an understanding of the challenges that face the industry and the tools and skills that will help you succeed.
