How do I apply to the Intensive English Program?
- To apply for the Intensive English Program you must submit your application form. The application can be submitted by email, by fax or by mail. We also have an on-line web-registration system.

- 1. Tuition fees include tuition, access to computer labs and libraries on campus, University of Manitoba student ID card, as well as transportation and admission to all Experience Manitoba events.
2. All-inclusive fees also include accommodation in campus residence or homestay, three meals per day, and University of Manitoba gym membership ($25 activation
fee applies).
When are the program fees due?
- The program fees are due 30 days before the start of the program.
What will happen if my visa application is rejected?
- If your visa application is denied, we are prepared to issue a full refund including the $200.00 deposit. In order to process the full refund, we require a copy of your letter of refusal from the Canadian Embassy. The letter must be on Canadian Embassy letterhead and must state your name and file number. We can accept the letter by fax or by mail.
- We average 15 students per class, with a maximum of 18.
How many levels in the Intensive English Program?
- We have 8 levels in the Intensive English Program from Beginner I to Advanced III.
After I send in my application and pay my deposit, how long do I wait for my letter of acceptance?
- After receipt of your application and deposit payment, your registration will be processed within 2 business days. A copy of your letter of acceptance will be sent to you by fax if a fax number is provided and the original letter will follow by airmail. The average airmail delivery takes 10 business days.
How much is the application/registration fee?
- The registration fee is $200.00 This fee is non-refundable.
- Your fees can be paid by cheque or money order, by bank transfer or by Visa or Mastercard.
Are the fees in Canadian or American dollars?
