Full payment is due one month prior to departure date. No refunds for cancellations after payment due date as reservations must be finalized. Fees may be paid by cash, credit card, or cheque payable to The University of Manitoba.

The consumption of alcohol is prohibited during group activities and language rule is in effect. All scheduled, non-optional activities are compulsory. Optional activities for students under the age of 18 require parental consent. Students are asked to respect the arrival and departure times as the bus will depart on schedule. Quiet hours are in effect as set by IEP staff members. Any incidental hotel expenses are the responsibility of the student. Students who do not comply with the code of conduct may be asked to leave the program at their own expense with no refund.
