Faculty of Dentistry: Awards & Nomination Forms
The Dean’s Award for Outstanding Contribution by a Support Staff Member to The Faculty of Dentistry and The University of Manitoba
These awards were established to honor support staff members who have made a difference to the educational experience.
The award is open to all full-time, part-time and sessional staff employed within the Faculty of Dentistry with at least three years service by the nomination deadline. A recipient of this award will not be eligible for a further award for five years.
NOMINATION PROCEDURES

- All information must be forwarded in an envelope addressed:

| Support Staff Fellowship Award: Nominations will be sought from all Support Staff members of the Faculty of Dentistry and the School of Dental Hygiene. Up to 3 Awards will be presented annually in recognition of a Support Staff member's positive impact and outstanding efforts to enrich the working environment of their area and/or of the Faculty/School as a whole. |
