  For entrance into the Master's program:

• Successful completion of Kar shenasi (Bachelor’s) degree from a recognized institution;
• A minimum grade of 15 on a 20 point grading scale in the last two years of study, where a typical grading scale is:

  10 Passing Grade

  12 Passing Grade

  13 Passing Grade

  For entrance into the PhD program:

• Requirements listed above (see Master’s program) plus successful completion of a Karshenasi-arshad or Fogh-License from a recognized institution.
