Fee Deadlines 

Winter Term Due Date
  · Fee deadline for courses commencing in January is Monday, January 7th, 2013.

Thesis Deadlines 

Deadlines for graduands to submit their thesis for distribution to their committee members, and for submission of final reports.  This information is available in PDF [here], or in the Graduate Calendar.

Progress Report Deadlines 

Failure to submit this report will result in the denial of registration access through Aurora Student.

• The Progress Report for graduate students in thesis/practicum programs must be submitted to FGS prior to registration.
• The Progress Report is due in the FGS Office (500 University Centre) on June 1.

Meeting Dates 

Committee meeting dates for APC (formerly PPC), AGC (formerly G&P), Executive, and Council PDF.

Recommendation Deadlines 

**Staff Only**

This deadline is for the unit to recommend applicants for admission. This deadline ensures that the Faculty of Graduate Studies has enough time to process the recommendation, issue a letter, and process the acceptance of offer in time for the student to register.

Recommendations made later than this date cannot guarantee timely registration and could result in late fees. The international deadline given ensures that applicants will have enough time to apply for a study permit and arrange for official documents.
