Ensure you:

• Complete the NSTP Online Application for Funds 
• Have printed the online application on legal sized paper (8-1/2 x 14”)
• Have signed the application
• Have your supervisor’s signature on the application
• Submit your original form with original signatures
• Have calculated your living expenses at $40/day (Under Section C.5)
• Have had your supervisor clearly show what portion of his/her grant will go towards supporting the project in the Other Sources of Funding section
• Provide the additional information required for either conducting international research or applying through a community college
• Indicate your licence and/or permit number or state the steps you will take to acquire the necessary permit(s) and/or licence(s)
• Complied with the ethical principles found in the Student Manual
• Checked grammar and spelling
