Office: MS559S Thorlakson Bldg, 820 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, MB R3A 1R9
|Research Interests: Dr. Perry is currently involved in two grant funded projects: |
1. The prognostic significance of telomere length in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma patients treated with Rituximab. This project will compare telomere length between diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) samples and normal human B-lymphocytes. DLBCL is the most common lymphoma, not only in Manitoba but worldwide. This research could potentially have an important impact to all DLBCL patients.
2. a study to understand the biological factors in DLBCL (large B-cell lymphoma) so that this information can be used in assessing patients. This could improve our ability to predict whether a patient will be cured.
Note: Dr. Perry does not supervise graduate students.
