Dr. Lavern Vercaigne has an active practice and research interest in chronic kidney disease and collaborates with faculty members in the College of Pharmacy, the Max Rady College of Medicine, and clinicians in the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority.

Biography

Dr. Lavern Vercaigne is the associate dean (academic) at the College of Pharmacy, Rady Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Manitoba.

Dr. Vercaigne was actively involved in the transition from the B.Sc. (Pharm) to the PharmD program, including serving as the curriculum chair on the curriculum and assessment committee. He is a member of the program evaluation committee and a member of the experiential advisory committee. He also facilitates student services within the College of Pharmacy.
