FSS has state-of-the art facilities that support many different research methodologies:

• Observational facilities with 2-way mirrors & video equipment
• Videoconference facilities
• Collaborative workspace for research assistants and graduate students
• Two computer terminals with direct access to Statistics Canada databases

These facilities were made possible by a generous donation from J. Margaret Jones, as well as contributions from the University of Manitoba, Faculty of Human Ecology, and individuals and groups who support our work.

Our Research Support Officer assists faculty and students with funding opportunities, grant applications, and research team coordination.
