Tasting Opportunity

We are recruiting again for volunteers this time to be part of a trained sensory panel to taste tea type beverages with sweetened Saskatoon berry juice, Vitamin D and Calcium.
Ten to twelve participants will attend group sessions (training component) followed by sessions where evaluation is done individually.

Criterion: No food allergies
Total Commitment: 9 to 11 sessions (6 to 8 group training sessions plus 3 experimental sessions)
Time Involved: 45 minutes for each session, 3 sessions per week - Tues, Wed, Thurs
Study Duration: about 4 weeks
Start Date and Time: Tuesday September 24 at 11:30 am
Possible End Date: By October 17
Location: 4th Floor Human Ecology Building
Honorarium: $75 gift card from the University of Manitoba Bookstore
