We work with clients to answer questions regarding the sensory attributes of products that can arise for a number of reasons including changes in processing parameters, ingredients and storage conditions. There are a number of sensory test methods and complementary chemical and physical tests that can be selected to satisfy specific project objectives.

Training of company employees for quality control purposes is available either in-house or at the Centre.   Protocols for assessing specified sensory attributes related to storage, product quality maintenance and benchmarking can be developed or fine tuned to suit specific applications.
