Adopt a Bison ($500 and up for All Sports)

The Adopt a Bison Program is an avenue for U of M alumni, friends, family and the greater community to become a part of the Bison Team. With your generous contribution, we can continue our commitment to excellence and turn today’s student athletes into the leaders of tomorrow.

The Adopt a Bison Program connects you to one of our exceptional student athletes and financially supports the scholarship or general program needs for the team on which they compete.

Where does my donation go?

Your donation can be directed toward student athletic scholarships or general program needs. Through a matching grant provided by the Manitoba Scholarship and Bursary Initiative, the tax receipted portion of your donation directed to a scholarship will be matched. The minimal level to adopt a Bison is $500.

Note - matching funds are limited annually

What do I get in return for my Donation?

A VIP pass for 2 adults to any Bison regular season and playoff home game;
A recognition plaque with an action photo of your athlete;
An opportunity for recognition during Bison Sport Athletic events; and
An opportunity to correspond with your athlete.
You can choose the athlete/sport you want to adopt or we can choose one for you.
