Bison Sports has a limited number of items that may be donated in each fiscal year as such once all of the items have been donated for that fiscal year no other requests can be considered.
The following guidelines will govern all donation requests for tickets, apparel and/or paraphernalia made by qualified organizations. A qualified organization is defined as a non-profit entity with particular emphasis given to organizations serving youth and in particular youth sport. Donation requests benefiting corporations, for profit organizations or individuals will not be considered.
Guidelines
- All requests must come in writing, preferably on an organization’s letter-head.
- Requests must be received a minimum of two weeks prior to event.
- No requests will be accepted over the phone or by a third party.
- Letters should include target group, purpose of event and how item will be distributed (i.e. silent auction, door prize, etc.)
- Limit of one request per organization per year.
- Items are donated on a first come first served basis.
Note: Due to volume of requests we receive we are unable to support any wedding socials.
