Parking and Bus Information

Parking information Fort Garry Campus:

• Parking is free after 4:30pm and on weekends and holidays except where designated as “24 hour reserved”, Handicap accessible, in the parkade, & and any other restricted area. See the map for parking lot locations.
• Parking meters are $1.00 per hour; ticket dispenser lots are $2.00 for two hours, except “SD” lot, which is $4.00 for the entire day.
• The University parkade (Parkade on map) has 500 spots devoted to casual day use, is connected to the underground walkway & has a pay station system where cash or credit cards can be used. Daily rate from 6:30am-4:30pm: $1.00 per ½ hour for the first 2 hours (or portion thereof); $1.00 every hour after 2 hours (or portion thereof); daily maximum (up to 4:30pm) $10.00; evening rate (after 4:30pm) $2.00. Lost ticket rate: $12.00. Parking rates subject to change without notice.

Bus information Fort Garry Campus:

• Winnipeg Transit buses 60, 62, 75, & 78 stop outside Frank Kennedy Centre & travel to and from the University on a regular basis.

Parking information Bannatyne Campus:

Parking is free after 6:00pm and on weekends, except where noted otherwise. See map for parking lot locations. Parking meters are $1.00 per hour. There are a variety of parking lots connected to Health Sciences Centre, on William Avenue, as well as the Emily Street Parkade. Parking rates subject to change without notice.

Bus information Bannatyne Campus:

Winnipeg Transit buses, Routes 12 and 33 stop on William Avenue. Route 29 stops on Sherbrook Street by the Health Sciences Centre.
