Aikido
Aikido is a Japanese martial arts which emphasizes smooth body movement, all in a harmonious way. Many movements are smooth in nature, and used to resolve conflict without aggression. The instructors follow the traditional training of Hombu Dojo, a world Aikido Centre in Tokyo, Japan.
