Flat on one side and domed on the other, the unstable nature of the BOSU increases the challenge of your workout. By combining the BOSU and the STOTT pilates poses, you will be able to gain core strength, reinforce balance and improve stability. Previous pilates experience is strongly recommended. Modifications for those with prior injuries and physical accommodations are available.
