What should I wear/bring to Cycle Fitness (CF)?

  • Shoes! It is ideal to wear stiff/hard soled shoes with no laces
  • Towel and water bottle (required)
  • Cycling shorts (extra padding) (recommended)
  • Gloves (recommended)
  • Gel seat (recommended)

What should I wear/bring to Circuit Training (CT)?

  • Running / Cross Training Shoes
  • Gloves (to assist with grip) (recommended)
  • Towel and water bottle (recommended)
