Whether you're looking to slim down, learn to maintain your weight for good or put on lean muscle...this program is for you! You will learn how to implement positive lifestyle, exercise and nutritional habits leading to a more confident energized self!

Includes complete assessment at the beginning and end of the program, individualized exercise program in addition to weekly group training sessions, weekly motivational emails and tips, logbook and additional resources. Assessment times will occur outside of normal class times and will be determined individually with your instructor on the first class.
